How can we get rid of ringing in the ears?

My mom takes antivert for that. Is your ringing followed by dizzines? If so you may have problems in the middle ear. I suggest you go to the doc. If not it could be tinitus and that doesn’t go away . Also it could bea rare condition called menier syndrome. Google those deseases and head to the doctor.

Dont’ know if this works but I had ringing in my ear and I drank some water then blew my nose and it got rid of it.
