I'm confused about what the difference is. If there is a distinct difference between hearing a voice other than your own conscience and hearing yourself talking to yourself.

I recently discontinued both and I have tinitus and hearing loss. My doctor says it is not related to the drugs, but I think it is.
I take zoloft and alot of the time I do not take my medicine. I have never experienced hearing loss with it
