continious sound in brain , brian scanned nothing found, diagonosised as tinnitus, consulted ent says same thing
To help you sleep, get a CD of rain sounds. For some reason it helps a lot - confuses the brain or something.

I am currently switching from Effexor to Wellbutrin and am finding the withdrawal from one and temporary(?)side effects of the other almost incapacitating.
My husband had the same problems switching from Paxil to Wellbutrin and had to stay on Paxil and stop using Wellbutrin. Call your doctor as soon as possible ...

Someone told me once that there is a pill or vitamin/herb that can be taken to prevent further hearing loss. Does anyone know the name of it? Thanks.
Not vitamin or herb, but mineral. Make sure that you are getting sufficient Zinc and Magnesium into your diet.

I have severe tinnitus in my left ear and have yet to find anything which will relieve it. I have extreme difficulty in sleeping at night.
